| TRAVEL FEE – This fee is added to any on-site service (no for pickup/delivery option), the distance will be calculated using Google Maps Directions from our Beacon Office (249 Main St, Beacon NY 12508) to your address, check your distance here

Also this fee will be charged if we visit your place and you decide to cancel the appointment without notification by call/text to 845.298.2161 at least 2 hrs. before the appointment or the problem is fixed by itself when we are already there. |

| PICKUP OR DELIVERY FEE (p/d) – This fee is added to any on-site service available with the pickup & delivery option. Fee will be charged separately, one for pickup & one for delivery. For example: you can choose to drop off the computer to our office and request a delivery to your place and you only will be charged one fee.
