We needed a new printer. I called JK Techs and they were more than happy to help! They ordered the printer and came yesterday to install it! It was connected and printing in just a few minutes. Both my husband and I simultaneously got an alert on our phones that they had been affected with a virus. The Apple logo looked legit and the settings icon looked legit as well! I told my husband not to click on it and I did the same. Although that was not the reason for his visit, he looked at both phones and confirmed it was a scam! He cleaned out a lot of junk and now are phones are operating more efficiently! I cannot recommend this company highly enough! Although somewhat capable, we just don’t have the knowledge nor skills to deal with a problem like this! He did it quickly, efficiently, effectively and with a cheerful attitude. If you need “techpertise” this is the company you want to call! And, no, I am not his Mom…he was that good!read less

My only complaint is he never comes between the time frame he specifies n usually late without calling me to let me know he's running late, which affects my entire day n sometimes into the evening, like Wed. he was 1 hr n 20 min. late, thus I was 20 min. Late getting to my evening class that I paid for. Professionals can't do this to their clients without giving them some type if compensation. I m extremely busy. Insensitivity to a committment gone over time makes for bad relations.read less

Javier responded with a text and said he would call at 10am, which he did. Still waiting for the other (3) to respond. That says a lot about his business. Made arrangements to drop off my desktop for repairs and upgrades. Javier and Karen were courteous and knowledgeable. Service, parts and associated fees were explained and seemed reasonable. When I came back to pick up the computer, Javier spent the time to review what he did and made sure I was comfortable with the upgrades before I left the shop.
