RATES & FEES

On-Site Rate $90/HR (with plan $45/HR), Minimum Fee up to 45min $65 (with plan $32.50) PLUS Travel Fee.
Remote Rate $60/HR (with plan $30/HR), Minimum Fee up to 15min $25 (with plan $12.50).
Travel Fee The distance will be calculated using Google Maps Directions from our Newburgh Office to your address.
(A) +$10, within 10 miles, (B) +$20, 10-20 miles, (C) +$30, over 20 miles(within our coverage area)

 

Notes:

(*1) Payment is non refundable after initial computer check-up.
(*2) Discount does not apply to travel fees.
(*3) Remote Support will be available for basic software configurations, virus removal & tune ups. Other services will have an extra fee, see rates for remote services in our website.
(*4) 1st – at the time of sign-up/renewal, 2nd – by half year of the plan period.
(*5) Additional Labor will be charged for backup setup on computers out of the plan.
