After being told our Geek Squad protection plan wasn't sufficient to have our computer fixed, we turned to JK Techs instead. I brought the computer to Javier one morning, expecting I'd have to leave it for a few days. But he quickly diagnosed the problem and within 45 minutes was finished with the repair. We got the computer back in just one trip to his office, quite a convenience. The bill was very reasonable, so we cancelled our coverage with Geek Squad and will certainly be contacting Javier if there are any other computer issues in the future.read more

Sent an email to (4) Computer Repair businesses looking for service. Javier responded with a text and said he would call at 10am, which he did. Still waiting for the other (3) to respond. That says a lot about his business. Made arrangements to drop off my desktop for repairs and upgrades. Javier and Karen were courteous and knowledgeable. Service, parts and associated fees were explained and seemed reasonable. When I came back to pick up the computer, Javier spent the time to review what he did and made sure I was comfortable with the upgrades before I left the shop. Would use his business again and highly recommended.read more
I can't vouch for them fixing anything for me, but I happened to go In right around closing because I needed a screen protecter for my iPhone (I had taken my scratched and dirty one off only to realize I had bought the wrong size to put back on). Even though they should have been closing the guy was super nice and helpful. He put the screen guard on for me too which was amazing because I HATE putting those stupid things on, haha. I'd go back for sure if I needed something elseread more

There were problems with my cable network an he needed to wait until that was fixed before he could finish and he stayed until everything was perfect! So knowledgeable and so nice! The owner is really nice. I came here twice and they all fixed my computer. The first time they help me change me broken Macbook pro screen which only took me 1 hr after they ordered the screen. And this time I spilled coffee on my Mac. They helped me to dry the computer and copied all my information to my mobile hard drive. They do things fast and very reliable, plus they charge a reasonable price. If there is any problem on my computer or phone, I will definitely come back.read more
Very good service. I got my desktop fixed with them. NO headache! Just a little slow than what I expected. but, that's ok. I have a laptop home to use instead. Fair price, 100 usd. They give you 30 days warranty as well. They have a lot of pcs to fix everyday, you have to wait in the line. So, be a little patient. It might take 3 days or more. I will go back to them again....but hopefully, my pc won't break down any moreread more

My Macbook Pro died on me for the first time after 7 years of use. I'm so happy with my Mac computer!!! I will never buy a PC in the future. Javier was professional, suggested a bigger drive and picked up and dropped of my computer for a really reasonable price! If you need any work on your computer, don't call anyone else! When my hard drive died, I took my laptop to JK Techs on the recommendation of a long time client of theirs. From the beginning of our interaction I appreciated their small business customer service. Karen updated me along the way, was honest about what I could expect, and despite my problem happening a week before Christmas, she called with good news the Friday before the holiday to put me at ease. While the data rescue wasn't at that moment complete, it was working! Karen saved all my data. She gave me a choice of replacement drives, which I greatly appreciated because I'm happy to have a SSD, but wouldn't have thought to ask. And I felt the price for their services was incredibly fair.
