Sent an email to (4) Computer Repair businesses looking for service. Javier responded with a text and said he would call at 10am, which he did. Still waiting for the other (3) to respond. That says a lot about his business. Made arrangements to drop off my desktop for repairs and upgrades. Javier and Karen were courteous and knowledgeable. Service, parts and associated fees were explained and seemed reasonable. When I came back to pick up the computer, Javier spent the time to review what he did and made sure I was comfortable with the upgrades before I left the shop. The owner is really nice. I came here twice and they all fixed my computer. The first time they help me change me broken Macbook pro screen which only took me 1 hr after they ordered the screen. And this time I spilled coffee on my Mac. They helped me to dry the computer and copied all my information to my mobile hard drive. They do things fast and very reliable, plus they charge a reasonable price. If there is any problem on my computer or phone, I will definitely come back.read more
Karen and her business partner Javier cannot be more helpful when you are dazed and confused, as we all are, with technology! They are unbelievably competent and calm, cool and collected when troubleshooting your problems. Give them a call and turn all your computer problems over to them. Our computer was overrun with spyware, and refused to work, and after the insane prices of the Geek Squad ($70 for diagnostic, flat $200 for virus removal of any kind), and Hudson Valley IT ($100/hr avg. minimum of 2 hrs) we were at our wits end until happening upon the website of JK Tech Solutions. It was too good to be true. They do business the old fashioned way, the way it should be. They don't charge for diagnostic if you have them do the service. They do absolutely quality work. They are fast, and efficient, and friendly too. I can't say enough about the experience we just had. If your computer needs any kind of service, call or e-mail these guys as fast as humanly possible, and you will be elated that you did. We are!read more

When my hard drive died, I took my laptop to JK Techs on the recommendation of a long time client of theirs. From the beginning of our interaction I appreciated their small business customer service. Karen updated me along the way, was honest about what I could expect, and despite my problem happening a week before Christmas, she called with good news the Friday before the holiday to put me at ease. While the data rescue wasn't at that moment complete, it was working! Karen saved all my data. She gave me a choice of replacement drives, which I greatly appreciated because I'm happy to have a SSD, but wouldn't have thought to ask. And I felt the price for their services was incredibly fair.
