Sent an email to (4) Computer Repair businesses looking for service. Javier responded with a text and said he would call at 10am, which he did. Still waiting for the other (3) to respond. That says a lot about his business. Made arrangements to drop off my desktop for repairs and upgrades. Javier and Karen were courteous and knowledgeable. Service, parts and associated fees were explained and seemed reasonable. When I came back to pick up the computer, Javier spent the time to review what he did and made sure I was comfortable with the upgrades before I left the shop. Would use his business again and highly recommended.read more
Took a little longer than expected to do a computer cleaning / AV installation. Price was fair, there is a $5 off coupon if you "like" them on facebook. Service was courteous. Found it slightly difficult to get in and out of their parking lot (they're located right in Wappingers Falls, where the roads are steep and parking is generally tight anyway).read more
- After being told our Geek Squad protection plan wasn't sufficient to have our computer fixed, we turned to JK Techs instead. I brought the computer to Javier one morning, expecting I'd have to leave it for a few days. But he quickly diagnosed the problem and within 45 minutes was finished with the repair. We got the computer back in just one trip to his office, quite a convenience. The bill was very reasonable, so we cancelled our coverage with Geek Squad and will certainly be contacting Javier if there are any other computer issues in the future.read more

Had a GREAT experience. Usually I am a bit trepidatious when it comes to hiring an IT service. There were problems with my cable network an he needed to wait until that was fixed before he could finish and he stayed until everything was perfect! So knowledgeable and so nice! - The owner is really nice. I came here twice and they all fixed my computer. The first time they help me change me broken Macbook pro screen which only took me 1 hr after they ordered the screen. And this time I spilled coffee on my Mac. They helped me to dry the computer and copied all my information to my mobile hard drive. They do things fast and very reliable, plus they charge a reasonable price. If there is any problem on my computer or phone, I will definitely come back.read more

Our computer was overrun with spyware, and refused to work, and after the insane prices of the Geek Squad ($70 for diagnostic, flat $200 for virus removal of any kind), and Hudson Valley IT ($100/hr avg. minimum of 2 hrs) we were at our wits end until happening upon the website of JK Tech Solutions. It was too good to be true. They do business the old fashioned way, the way it should be. They don't charge for diagnostic if you have them do the service. They do absolutely quality work. They are fast, and efficient, and friendly too. I can't say enough about the experience we just had. If your computer needs any kind of service, call or e-mail these guys as fast as humanly possible, and you will be elated that you did. We are!read more
I can't vouch for them fixing anything for me, but I happened to go In right around closing because I needed a screen protecter for my iPhone (I had taken my scratched and dirty one off only to realize I had bought the wrong size to put back on). Even though they should have been closing the guy was super nice and helpful. He put the screen guard on for me too which was amazing because I HATE putting those stupid things on, haha. I'd go back for sure if I needed something elseread more
