Our computer was overrun with spyware, and refused to work, and after the insane prices of the Geek Squad ($70 for diagnostic, flat $200 for virus removal of any kind), and Hudson Valley IT ($100/hr avg. minimum of 2 hrs) we were at our wits end until happening upon the website of JK Tech Solutions. It was too good to be true. They do business the old fashioned way, the way it should be. They don't charge for diagnostic if you have them do the service. They do absolutely quality work. They are fast, and efficient, and friendly too. I can't say enough about the experience we just had. If your computer needs any kind of service, call or e-mail these guys as fast as humanly possible, and you will be elated that you did. We are!read more
I can't vouch for them fixing anything for me, but I happened to go In right around closing because I needed a screen protecter for my iPhone (I had taken my scratched and dirty one off only to realize I had bought the wrong size to put back on). Even though they should have been closing the guy was super nice and helpful. He put the screen guard on for me too which was amazing because I HATE putting those stupid things on, haha. I'd go back for sure if I needed something elseread more
- Karen and her business partner Javier cannot be more helpful when you are dazed and confused, as we all are, with technology! They are unbelievably competent and calm, cool and collected when troubleshooting your problems. Give them a call and turn all your computer problems over to them. - I have a pc laptop with a touch screen. I dropped it and the screen broke. I called around and hands down Javier was responsive, accessible, and willing to work with me to find the right screen at the best price. This was not a simple fit and took some research on his part. He knows the landscape very well and understands service and fair pricing. As soon as the part came in he was able to fix it that day within 45 minutes. My Macbook Pro died on me for the first time after 7 years of use. I'm so happy with my Mac computer!!! I will never buy a PC in the future. Sent an email to (4) Computer Repair businesses looking for service. Javier responded with a text and said he would call at 10am, which he did. Still waiting for the other (3) to respond. That says a lot about his business. Made arrangements to drop off my desktop for repairs and upgrades. Javier and Karen were courteous and knowledgeable. Service, parts and associated fees were explained and seemed reasonable. When I came back to pick up the computer, Javier spent the time to review what he did and made sure I was comfortable with the upgrades before I left the shop.
